螺桿鼓風(fēng)機的基本維護與保養方法

螺桿鼓風(fēng)機是目前市場(chǎng)干燥設備中非常成熟的 產(chǎn)品之一，也是大多數公司做為理想的 干燥設備的 選擇之一。

雖然它無(wú)須操作員作精心的 維護工作，但是基本的 保養是必不可少的 ，可以讓設備使用年限更久，對產(chǎn)品的 生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量提高也會(huì )起到一定的 作用。

Although it does not need the operator to do careful maintenance work, but the basic maintenance is essential, can let the equipment service life longer, will also play a certain role in improving the production quality of products.

螺桿鼓風(fēng)機的 基本維護與保養，應注意下面幾點(diǎn)：

The following points should be paid attention to in the basic maintenance of screw blower:

1、在生產(chǎn)(Produce)完成后，若長(cháng)時(shí)間不使用真空干燥烘箱時(shí)，應注意(attention)將各個(gè)部件清洗干凈，尤其是對烘箱門(mén)密封條清洗干凈，以防老化現象發(fā)生。單級離心鼓風(fēng)機屬容積運轉式鼓風(fēng)機。使用時(shí)，隨著(zhù)壓力的變化，流量變動(dòng)甚小。但流量隨著(zhù)轉速而變化。因此，壓力的選擇范圍很寬，流量的選擇可通過(guò)選擇轉速而達到需要。對真空干燥烘箱門(mén)關(guān)閉嚴即可，不要講門(mén)的 鎖緊裝置擰得太緊以防變形，并切斷電源和水源。

1. After the production, if the vacuum drying oven is not used for a long time, attention should be paid to clean all parts, especially the sealing strip of oven door, so as to prevent aging phenomenon. The single-stage centrifugal blower belongs to the volume operation type blower. When used, the flow rate changes little with the change of pressure. But the flow rate varies with the speed. Therefore, the selection range of pressure is very wide, and the selection of flow rate can be achieved by selecting speed. Close the door of the vacuum drying oven tightly. Do not screw the locking device of the door too tightly to prevent deformation, and cut off the power supply and water source.

2、在長(cháng)期不用的 情況下，要定期對箱體(BOX)進(jìn)行清潔處理(chǔ lǐ)，請不要使用具有酸、堿性強度大的 液體清洗，用清水清潔即可，清洗完畢后，應注意將水擦干。

2. If it is not used for a long time, the box should be cleaned regularly (CH ǔ L ǐ). Do not use the liquid with strong acid and alkaline strength to clean it. Clean it with water. After cleaning, pay attention to dry the water.

3、對旋片式真空泵要定期更換真空泵油，每月一兩次，若要長(cháng)期不用時(shí)要必須在一次使用后將真空泵油放盡，在下次使用前注入新的 真空泵油。

3. The vacuum pump oil should be replaced regularly once or twice a month. If it is not used for a long time, the vacuum pump oil must be drained after the last use, and new vacuum pump oil should be injected before the next use.

4、對水環(huán)式真空泵要每更換一次循環(huán)水，若要長(cháng)期不用時(shí)要必須在一次使用后要將真空泵泵體內水給放盡，在冬季氣溫低于零下時(shí)每天要將真空泵泵體內水給放盡，在下次使用前應注意真空泵是否被銹死，若銹死了應將真空泵馬達后蓋拆下，用工具擰動(dòng)電機軸即可。磁懸浮鼓風(fēng)機的結構決定其機械摩擦損耗非常小。因為只有軸承和齒輪副有機械接觸在選材上，轉子、機殼和齒輪圈有足夠的機械強度。運行，使用壽命長(cháng)是鼓風(fēng)機產(chǎn)品的一大特色。螺桿鼓風(fēng)機屬容積運轉式鼓風(fēng)機。使用時(shí)，隨著(zhù)壓力的變化，流量變動(dòng)甚小。但流量隨著(zhù)轉速而變化。因此，壓力的選擇范圍很寬，流量的選擇可通過(guò)選擇轉速而達到需要。

4. For the water ring vacuum pump, the circulating water should be replaced every time. If it is not used for a long time, the water in the vacuum pump must be drained after the last use. When the temperature is below zero in winter, the water in the vacuum pump should be drained every day. Before the next use, attention should be paid to whether the vacuum pump is rusted. If the rust is dead, the back cover of the vacuum pump motor should be removed and the motor shaft should be screwed with tools That's fine. The structure of magnetic levitation blower determines that its mechanical friction loss is very small. Because only bearing and gear pair have mechanical contact. In material selection, rotor, casing and gear ring have enough mechanical strength. Safe operation and long service life are the main features of blower products. Screw blower belongs to volume operation type blower. When used, the flow rate changes little with the change of pressure. But the flow rate varies with the speed. Therefore, the selection range of pressure is very wide, and the selection of flow rate can be achieved by selecting speed.

5、如設備在正常使用時(shí)，出現故障，應即時(shí)向廠(chǎng)家反應，不應自行拆卸，以免造成嚴重損壞。

5. If the equipment is in normal use, it should be reported to the manufacturer immediately and should not be disassembled to avoid serious damage.

6、常用零部件過(guò)期需更換，如真空表?yè)p壞的 ，需即時(shí)更換新的 真空表，密封條因年久而老化，應向廠(chǎng)家購買(mǎi)的 ，各個(gè)閥門(mén)用久后會(huì )造成閥門(mén)中四氟密封圈磨損，使真空無(wú)法抽到合理值，應即時(shí)更換新的 空氣閥。

6. Commonly used parts need to be replaced when they are out of date. If the vacuum gauge is damaged, a new one should be replaced immediately. The sealing strip should be purchased from the manufacturer because of the aging of the sealing strip. After a long time of use, the PTFE sealing ring in the valve will be worn and the vacuum cannot be drawn to a reasonable value. Therefore, a new air valve should be replaced immediately.

7、其它使用上的 事項應該參考鼓風(fēng)機使用說(shuō)明書(shū)。
