干燥機的出口露點(diǎn)不合格的原因?

壓縮空氣的含水量多少一般用壓力露點(diǎn)來(lái)表示，露點(diǎn)越低，表示含水值越小，干燥機的干燥效果越好。在工業(yè)中，由于各種用氣設備及工藝流程的不同，需要有不同壓力露點(diǎn)的壓縮空氣干燥設備為用戶(hù)提供選擇的可能。有的要求壓力露點(diǎn)達到-20℃，有的要求壓力露點(diǎn)不低于-40℃，還有的壓力露點(diǎn)要求在-70℃左右。

干燥機出口露點(diǎn)不合格的原因:

1、干燥機出口露點(diǎn)過(guò)高

1. Dryer outlet dew point too high

2、超出流量值和超過(guò)設計條件，在配置吸附式干燥機時(shí)應根據空壓機排氣量和工作流量設計。

2. If the maximum flow and design conditions are exceeded, the design of adsorption dryer should be based on the air compressor discharge and working flow.

3、干燥劑沒(méi)有吸附效果，需更換濾芯

4、氣流進(jìn)入干燥機前沒(méi)有預處理除去液態(tài)水，壓縮空氣進(jìn)入干燥機前應進(jìn)行液態(tài)水預處理，否則超過(guò)吸附劑的吸附能力，吸附劑飽和后將失去吸附效果。
