空壓機組使用一段時(shí)間后,氣量明顯不夠,壓力上不了,維持在額定用氣的下線(xiàn)位置。這時(shí)候,應該檢查是否有新增的用氣設備,如果有新增的用氣設備,用氣量是多少,對比空壓機組看能否滿(mǎn)足要求,如不能,請并上新的空壓機組,增加排氣量。

一,保養是否及時(shí)

空壓機排氣量下降,排除以上可能后,看空壓機是否已經(jīng)保養,保養多久了,如果環(huán)境不是很理想,空壓機運行2000小時(shí)應檢查空濾是否堵塞,輕者可以用壓縮氣除塵,堵塞嚴重,更換新的空濾。很多時(shí)候,空壓機排氣量下降,沒(méi)有什么大的問(wèn)題,就是疏于保養,空壓機空濾堵塞導致,更換新空濾后,正常使用。另外,除空濾外,潤滑液和其他濾芯也很關(guān)鍵,檢查潤滑液是否在標準范圍之內,如缺少,請適當添加。

空壓機排氣量下降,檢查機組,剛剛保養,排除三濾和油品問(wèn)題,這是檢查空壓機進(jìn)氣閥,拆下進(jìn)氣軟管,開(kāi)啟空壓機,觀(guān)看進(jìn)氣閥的開(kāi)口度是否正常。進(jìn)氣閥理論設計使用壽命是動(dòng)作10萬(wàn)次,因每個(gè)廠(chǎng)家使用批次不同,質(zhì)量也有所差異,所以進(jìn)氣閥出現故障可能導致機組排氣量下降。

如果空壓機加載時(shí)進(jìn)氣閥不能全部打開(kāi),可以斷定,排氣量下降是進(jìn)氣閥故障,應拆下檢修或是更換。

三,電機故障

以上排除進(jìn)氣閥故障后,機組排氣量仍然沒(méi)有改變,應考慮電機是否故障,由于電機線(xiàn)圈中發(fā)生局部短路,或者是軸承磨損,導致電機轉速低于額定轉速,使空壓機排氣量下降,應檢修電機線(xiàn)圈,軸承等,修復后測試空壓機排氣量。

海拔升高,環(huán)境變的潮濕,都可能導致機組排氣量下降。海拔越高,空氣越稀薄,單位時(shí)間內產(chǎn)氣量越小,空氣中水分過(guò)分,壓縮空中含有大量水分,在后部處理中,水蒸氣析出,導致排氣量減小。
