Noise pollution is also an important factor of environmental pollution. People living near factories or roads will be more or less troubled by the noise of mechanical equipment and cars. Taking the noise pollution index as the index to assess the factory and living environment has long been included in the index of environmental protection standards by the state. Then, the equipment production supplier should also have the responsibility and obligation to reduce the noise pollution during the operation of mechanical equipment through technical means and better create a low decibel working and living environment.

空壓機噪聲的控制主要采用消聲器、消聲坑道和隔聲技術(shù)三個(gè)方面：

The noise control of air compressor mainly adopts three aspects: muffler, silencing tunnel and sound insulation technology:

1、安裝空壓機消聲器：主要噪聲源是進(jìn)、排氣口，應選用適宜的進(jìn)排氣消聲器?？諌簷C進(jìn)氣噪聲的頻譜呈低頻特性，進(jìn)氣消聲器應選用抗性結構或以個(gè)、抗性為主的阻抗復合式結構?？諌簷C的排氣氣壓大，氣流速度高，應在空壓機排氣口使用小孔消聲器。

1. Installation of air compressor muffler: the main noise source is the inlet and outlet, and appropriate inlet and exhaust muffler shall be selected. The frequency spectrum of air compressor intake noise is low-frequency. The intake muffler shall be resistant structure or impedance composite structure dominated by individual and resistance. The exhaust pressure of the air compressor is large and the air flow speed is high. A small hole muffler should be used at the exhaust port of the air compressor.

2、設置空壓機消聲坑道：消聲坑道的地下或半地下的坑道，坑道壁用吸聲性好的磚砌成。把空壓機的進(jìn)氣管和消聲坑道連接，使空氣通過(guò)消聲坑道進(jìn)入空壓機。采用消聲坑道可使空壓機的進(jìn)氣噪聲大大降低，使用壽命也比一般消聲器長(cháng)。

2. Set air compressor silencing tunnel: underground or semi underground tunnel of silencing tunnel, and the tunnel wall is made of bricks with good sound absorption. Connect the air inlet pipe of the air compressor with the silencing tunnel to make the air enter the air compressor through the silencing tunnel. The use of silencing tunnel can greatly reduce the intake noise of air compressor, and the service life is longer than that of general muffler.

3、建立隔聲罩：在空壓機的進(jìn)、排氣口安裝消聲器或設置消聲坑道以后，氣流噪聲可以降到80db（a）以下，但空壓機的機械噪聲和電機噪聲仍然很高，因此還應在空壓機的機組上安裝隔聲罩。

3. Establishment of sound insulation cover: after installing silencers or silencing tunnels at the inlet and outlet of the air compressor, the air flow noise can be reduced to less than 80dB (a), but the mechanical noise and motor noise of the air compressor are still very high. Therefore, sound insulation cover shall also be installed on the unit of the air compressor.

4、懸掛空間吸聲體：在空壓機站，高大空曠的廠(chǎng)房混響很重。若在廠(chǎng)房頂棚分散懸掛吸聲體，廠(chǎng)房的噪聲可降低3-10db（a），混響時(shí)間降低5-10s。

4. Suspended space sound absorber: in the air compressor station, the tall and open workshop has a heavy reverberation. If the sound absorbers are dispersed on the roof of the plant, the noise of the plant can be reduced by 3-10db (a) and the reverberation time can be reduced by 5-10S.
