調試前，我們需要關(guān)閉真空干燥機箱的門(mén)，擰緊門(mén)把手，然后關(guān)閉放氣閥，打開(kāi)真空閥。當然，一次使用時(shí)，真空閥的開(kāi)關(guān)可能很緊，可以用力旋轉。我們可以使用隨機附件進(jìn)行真空連接管，牢固連接真空干燥的抽氣管和真空泵。當接通真空泵電源時(shí)，需要開(kāi)始抽氣，當真空計的指示值達到-0.1Mpa時(shí)，需要先關(guān)閉真空閥，然后再關(guān)閉真空泵電源，以防止真空泵中的油倒流到工作室內，這時(shí)真空干燥器內部就處于真空狀態(tài)。

Of course, the switch of the vacuum valve may be very tight when it is used once, and it can be rotated by force. We can use the attached accessories to connect the vacuum pipe, and firmly connect the suction pipe and vacuum pump for vacuum drying. When the vacuum pump power is connected, it is necessary to start pumping. When the indication value of the vacuum gauge reaches -0.1mpa, it is necessary to close the vacuum valve first, and then turn off the power supply of the vacuum pump, so as to prevent the oil in the vacuum pump from flowing back into the working room. At this time, the vacuum dryer is in a vacuum state.

二、機內調試方法

先打開(kāi)真空干燥器的電源，然后它的電源燈亮起并進(jìn)行自檢，然后此時(shí)也就表明已進(jìn)入狀態(tài)。設定真空干燥機的溫度，設定機內的溫度接近指定溫度時(shí)，加熱開(kāi)始進(jìn)入PID調節階段，儀表測定溫度超過(guò)設定溫度，伸長(cháng)也低于設定溫度是正?，F象。

First turn on the power supply of the vacuum dryer, then its power light will light up and carry out self-test, and then it indicates that it has entered the state. Set the temperature of the vacuum dryer. When the temperature in the dryer is close to the specified temperature, the heating begins to enter the PID regulation stage. It is normal that the temperature measured by the instrument exceeds the set temperature and the elongation is lower than the set temperature.

因此，在測量溫度時(shí)如果已經(jīng)接近或等于設定溫度，再過(guò)1-2小時(shí)之后就幾乎可以進(jìn)入恒溫狀態(tài)。如果需要的溫度比較低，我們可以采用二次設定的方法，讓它盡快進(jìn)入恒溫狀態(tài)。

Therefore, if the measured temperature is close to or equal to the set temperature, it can almost enter the constant temperature state after 1-2 hours. If the required temperature is relatively low, we can use the secondary setting method to let it enter the constant temperature state as soon as possible.
